PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING YOUR SABBATICAL LEAVE PROPOSAL
- When submitting your Proposal please name your file: First and Last name, date of submission, SabProposal (Example: Walt Disney Sept 11th 2026 Sab Proposal).
- Please submit proposal as a word document. This will be a working document that the sabbatical committee members will collaborate with you on throughout the Fall semester.

Proposal Changes
Any changes to the sabbatical leave proposal due to unforeseen circumstances such as travel restrictions, natural disaster, or class cancellation, or due to academic circumstances such as shifts in disciplinary standards or pedagogical methods prior to or during the sabbatical leave must be submitted to and approved by the committee.
