PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING YOUR SABBATICAL LEAVE REPORT

  • Follow format, font, length and style requirements as outlined in the Sabbatical Report Template document.
  • Submit an electronic Microsoft Word document via email to shagerman@santarosa.edu and moxford@santarosa.edu by the deadline stated in Sabbatical Committee Timelines.
  • NOTE:  The submission deadline is firm.  Non-compliance could be considered as non-fulfillment of the contract.
  • Appendices that are of different file types (as opposed to something that is an easy attachment at the end of a Word doc) can be sent electronically as separate files.

FILE NAMING

Name the file: First and Last Name, date of submission, SabReport

(Example: Walt Disney 101824 SabReport)

With any revision, remember to change the date of submission so that it is clear which version of the proposal is being looked at

Committee Recommendations:

  • Proof your work for professionalism, clarity and writing errors before submission.
  • Describe what actually happened on your sabbatical; how you completed every activity and achieved your desired outcome.
  • Only include work completed during your designated sabbatical period.
  • Follow the same organization as your proposal.
  • Referencing your proposal, change all "I will" to "I did" statements.
  • Edit for changes from your proposal (i.e., if you included options for an activity, only write about the one you did).
