Sabbatical Leave PAF
Once your Sabbatical Proposal has been approved by the Board, your department will need to submit a Sabbatical PAF (Personnel Action Form) prior to your sabbatical leave date.
Sabbatical Proposals are approved annually by the Board in December.
Please email a copy of the signed PAF to Shauna Malvino, Administrative Assistant III at smalvino@santarosa.edu or cc Shauna Malvino on the adobe sign approval PAF when routing for signatures.
